Peter established Policy Real Estate just over seven years ago because he wanted to provide real estate services with true integrity and honesty. He's created an agency that's a professional and ethical team, provides one-on-one service and yet is relaxed for anyone to drop in for a cuppa and chat about their needs.
For Pete personally, it's all about helping people be happy with finding what they want. "I get a real buzz out of seeing people happy, because buying or selling a property is a life changing time and it's important people are really pleased with the outcome," says Pete. He also believes that good real estate service is about looking after clients 'fair and square' and ensuring they get real value for money. "Listening to people, caring about them and being available when they need you is our aim," he says.
Former work experience in everything from specialized welding and engineering to being an RACQ mechanic to managing a caravan park and motel, has given Pete a vast range of experience and people skills. He's worked in real estate in the Brisbane Valley and lived here for some 16 years. Esk is an area close to his heart. Pete believes it offers a quality rural lifestyle, is a great place to invest and that demand for real estate throughout the Valley will continue to increase.
Vivienne's goal as sales consultant and part owner of Policy Real Estate is to connect buyers with sellers and help make the entire process as uncomplicated as possible. She has a strong capacity for listening with empathy and commitment to being available to clients. "When people are buying or selling property it is a major decision —both financially and emotionally—so it's important to work with them to suit their timing and their needs,' says Viv. She loves being part of the small team of professionals at Policy as it allows her to be very 'hands on' and work in an environment where 'you get back what you put in'. Viv is a local and her 30 acre property is home to seven beloved horses — her passion along with running and dogs. Also a qualified Parelli Natural Horsemanship Instructor, Viv previously conducted mobile horsemanship clinics throughout Australia while working in a rural environment, prior to intensively studying property investment. She's excited about the growth of the Brisbane Valley and that through her work at Policy, she's helping the district become a highly sought after lifestyle area.

Toni is Policy's Sales Support person — and literally, the 'backbone' of the agency, because what she looks after enables the sales consultants to focus on clients. It's her goal for all clients to feel that their experience with Policy has been efficient, stress-free and professional, yet caring. Daily, Toni is responsible for the administration side of everything to do with property buying and selling—from preparing internet listings and window displays to work on contracts and liaison with solicitors and all vendors and buyers.
She has been in a sales support role in real estate for over nine years and is driven by the concept that in real estate, a client is a client for life. “I love the interaction with people, and turning clients into friends,” says Toni. As a local and owner of two large acreage properties, Toni says she enjoys a unique country lifestyle here yet still has access to the city. This is important in her out-of-work hours’ interest in Australian Cattle Dogs and being a herding trials judge who travels around the country. Originally trained as a vet nurse, Toni has also done dog obedience and agility training and trialling and instructing. Reignited her lifelong interest and passion in horses has led to dividing her time between her dogs and horses.
